For the price we paid, we got amazing value! The room was clean and beautifully furnished, making us feel right at home. The location was fantastic, close to cafes, restaurants, and bars, with easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed assistance.
Breakfast delights! It would have been even better if there were more variety in the breakfast options.

Good amenities for food preparation. Nice touch with tea, coffee, and biscuits upon arrival. Great view from the window. Comfortable beds. Lovely chocolates provided by the host. On-road location, easily accessible. Short walk to cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Clean and calming decor. Helpful owner for entry assistance. a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The Lovely Modern Apartment at the Shore was just perfect for my stay in Edinburgh. The room had a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The city views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, and I couldn't get enough of them. Having a kitchen with a microwave and fridge was super convenient for preparing quick meals. And let's not forget about the free WiFi and flat-screen TV for some entertainment during downtime. it was a lovely experience!
If I had to pick one thing, I would say that the shower in the bathroom was a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just me.

The location of the apartment was ideal, with easy access to trams, bars, and restaurants. It was also a short distance from Ocean Central where the airport bus dropped us off. The apartment itself was pleasant and comfortable once inside. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower in the bathroom was powerful. The view from the window was also great. We appreciated the chocolates provided by the host as a nice gesture.
Our experience at the apartment was positive. However, there were a few minor setbacks.

I keep coming back because it has everything I need. The staff even helped with late check out. Perfect place for a romantic escape. Free Wi-Fi, parking, dryer, flat-screen TV, laundry, pets allowed. No regrets.

My stay at Lovely Modern Apartment At The Shore was perfect for my short trip to Edinburgh. The location was convenient, with easy access to trams and a variety of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was pleasant and well-equipped, with a powerful shower in the bathroom. I also appreciated the proximity to The Vine, a marvellous and friendly local pub. Additionally, the apartment was centrally situated, within walking distance to great cafes, restaurants, and pubs. The clean and beautifully furnished space made for a comfortable stay.
Can just recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to city center and easily accessible by bus. the view from the window was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. the host provided chocolates as a gift, which was a nice touch.
The building itself was old and unclean, with a grim staircase. There were no blinds on the windows, which was annoying.
